responsibilities include managing different parts of construction projects, supervising
crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality
assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different
stakeholders.
Job Description:
- Site execution – PHE/FIRE
- Understanding of GFC
- Site co-ordination
- Technical knowledge – on residential.
- Daily progress monitoring
- Critical issues escalate to next level.
- Interpersonal skills
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of CAD
- MS office
- Communication skills – mail/oral
- Flexibility, multi job role,
- Reporting to manager about daily task.
Required Qualification:
Male candidates having B.E. degree with 0-3 years experience in residential building
